Mana is derived from the Essences. The flow, sometimes called a stream, consists of mana strands woven together constantly moving on a flexible path. The flow can be tapped into and manipulated. Each strand can be seperated into a substrand, such as specifically pulling fire magic from the flow. Using the flow in this raw state is usually done by the Entities, broken down to be more user friendly.
