Serpentine River

The Serpentine River flows north from Mt. Adsaria, connecting through the mountain range through snowmelt. Its path travels steadilly south, south-east with many tributaries. Rylithian sits where the river meets the ocean.

07/04. 0062- Battle for White Rapids (o) (D) (W)

The orcs continued to pursue the elves that they sought to destroy. Lindaeyl led his people to a defensible point on the other side of a bridge crossing the rapids of the Serpentine river. Once his people were over it, he had the bridge destroyed under the orc horde and easilly picked them off, struggling in the water. Not a single elf was killed, all of the enemy was slain. The word of this great victory under the leadership of Lindaeyl L'Sheriss spread quickly. It was not long before small groups of night elves began to congregate with the intent to fight alongside him.

07/22. 0188- Storm of Aspen (h) (O) (W)

Aspen was an independant, unaligned human stronghold along the Serpentine river that was built blocking the pass through the mountains. They had always taxed travelers but upon the decision to allow only humans to use the roads and to capture others to sell as slaves was a poor one that was quickly remidied.

05/19. 0540- Stand at Scar Bridge

Scar Bridge spanned the Serpentine river and connected Suladaine to the Eldarrian Deepwood. Coming on ten longships, a group of mercenaries sought to destroy the bridge for a follow up attack on Suladine. The follow up attack was crushed as well. None of the leadership survived and none of those that did survive knew the identity of the party that hired them, only that they were to meet up in a Veristal tavern to discuss payment upon completion of the task. Their leaders had already given them the twenty five percent prepayment. Investigating the tavern turned no results.
