Rylithian, Citidel on the Water is beautiful enough that it is very easy to forget that it is a city on top of and around a fortress. It was impenetrable prior to the Betrayal, and even with the assistance of a god directing them, the enemy chose to seal it instead of trying to fight within. It was designed by Emperor Averon L'Sheriss and utilizes magically and physically reenforced natural features, as well as superior materials and craftsmanship in its creation.
Locations within the Citidel
The Gate Room- Keyed to mark magic, those with the Mark can enter The Rooms That Are Not from the Gate Room. It is the only place mark magic is keyed to teleport to.
