Formerally part of Soristacia, Kestra was brought under the Empire by Myzrael directly, as he pulled the King into the Gate Room bringing a quick surrender. This was done by obtaining a voluntary sample of DNA from the King's sister who felt the whole affair to be best over quickly and as bloodless as possible.
